Delivery and placement

Delivery and placement are free in Amman. Other governorates are charged a flat fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

You choose the day at checkout. In Amman, that can be the next working day; elsewhere, two to three working days. Orders placed after 16:00 count from the next day. We don't deliver on Fridays.

Our team carries the rug in, lays it where you want it and takes the packaging away. You approve it before we leave. We'll message you the day before, and the driver calls 15 minutes before arriving.

You can also collect from the showroom at Wasfi At-Tal St. 224, Amman. Bring your order number.

Returns

If a rug isn't right for the room, you have 7 days from delivery to send it back. It must be unused and in the condition it arrived. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll arrange the collection.

We refund to the way you paid: to your card through HyperPay, by CliQ, or in cash for cash orders. Card refunds can take 5 to 14 days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

Privacy

What we keep

Your name, mobile number, delivery address, optional email and what you ordered. We use them to deliver your order, to contact you about it and to keep the records the law requires.

Card payments

Card details are entered on HyperPay's secure form and go straight to HyperPay and your bank. Spazio Home never sees or stores your card number.

If you tick "Send my order updates on WhatsApp", we send your confirmation, delivery slot and delivery updates from Spazio Home's WhatsApp Business number, through Meta's WhatsApp service. We don't send marketing there unless you ask for it. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop.

This browser

The site keeps your bag, and your details if you tick "Remember my details", in this browser's local storage. Nothing is shared with advertisers. There are no tracking cookies, no analytics and no session recording.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp or visit the showroom. We handle personal data under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 24 of 2023).

Terms

Prices are in Jordanian dinars and include any applicable tax. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
Each rug is handmade or hand-finished, so colours can differ slightly from the photographs and sizes can vary by up to 2%.
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation. If a rug sells out in the showroom before we confirm, we refund you in full straight away.
CliQ orders are held for 24 hours while we wait for the transfer.
Cash on delivery is for deliveries in Amman. Please have the amount ready, or pay by card at the door.
